Kit was born and raised in Loveland, CO. With 7 years of experience, she is currently our Service Manager at State Farm Agent Kyle Iske's office. Kit specializes in assisting customers with their service needs, whether it's paying bills, making changes, or providing support during claims.

Outside of work, Kit enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandson. In her spare time, she indulges in her passion for baking and decorating sugar cookies. Kit is married and has three grown children, a step-son, and a one-year-old grandson.

What Kit finds most enjoyable about her work at State Farm is the opportunity to assist customers in their time of need, whether it's helping them navigate through claims or addressing their service requirements. Building relationships with customers and being a reliable source of support brings her immense satisfaction in her role at State Farm.

Mary Kroupa was born and raised in Wayne, NE, and has been living in Omaha for the past 40 years. She currently serves as the Office Manager at our office, a position she has held since December 2016. Mary's journey with State Farm began in 2011, and prior to that, she enjoyed a successful career as a Global Account Manager for US West/Qwest Communications for over 20 years.

In terms of expertise, Mary specializes in various lines of business, including Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Flood, Business Insurance, and Specialty Products. Her extensive knowledge enables her to provide customers with the right insurance coverages to protect them and their families.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time at her cabin on the Platte River, playing golf, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren. Family is an important aspect of Mary's life, as she grew up in a large family of nine children. She has been happily married for 34 years and is blessed with three children who have given her the joy of being a grandmother to eight grandchildren.

Mary is actively involved in the community and participates as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Sokol Camp Association, a Czech community that has been in existence since 1936. Additionally, her family has been engaged with the Shriners for over 70 years, showcasing their commitment to charitable initiatives.

What Mary finds most enjoyable about her work at State Farm is having the knowledge and expertise to assist customers in safeguarding themselves and their loved ones through appropriate insurance coverage.

Meet McKenna, our Acquisition Manager from Omaha. With 6 months of experience at our office, McKenna is experienced in Home & Auto insurance, ensuring that our customers have the right coverage to protect their valuable assets.

Outside of work, McKenna finds fulfillment in spending quality time with their loved ones and immersing themselves in the world of literature.
