"I was referred to this agency by a friend that has nothing but nice things to say about this office. I have been with a competitor company for many years. I stayed there due to connections with the agent and our shared leadership in the Boy Scout program locally. He has passed on and I continued with his son, a former scout. I bought a brand new 2021 Equinox. Insured it as usual. I backed into a light pole a year later resulting in some significant damage. My rates went up. I get it and accepted it as a fair result. Rates have gone up every year since. I just assumed this was a best available rate. I worked with Tina Mende to check State Farm rates and she was exceptional. Quick and detailed responses.. Turns out I could have the same coverage for about $190 a month less. Amazing annual savings. I would recommend everyone having insurance other than State Farm to give them a call. You may have a better deal with your current carrier. I DID NOT. Spend the 10 minutes to check it out. No harm no foul. Hopefully your current agent has the best deal for you. You may be surprised though. I was!"
